Climate Planning provided strategic advice and co-authored a review of insurance and alternative risk transfer in Vietnam. In particular, the project examined the barriers and enablers to insurance and alternate risk transfer for SMEs in Vietnam. The project involved face-to-face interviews, desktop analysis and surveys.

Climate Planning explored climate change adaptation and supply chain management in Vietnam through a case study approach of three large organisations (including two large multi-nationals companies). Out team provided advice on the interplay between supply chain management and climate change adaptation for small-medium enterprises (SMEs).

Climate Planning provided strategic advice and project analytics for a study that explores the political economy of public-private engagement in Long An, Vietnam (focusing particularly on industrial zones). The project included research and surveys of over 240 corporations in the Mekong River Delta, Long An.
