Peer-to-Peer Learning for Climate Change Adaptation Governance

Climate Planning was engaged by the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) to facilitate ten local government workshops exploring opportunities for peer-to-peer learning. The project was based on the outcomes of an earlier project which explored climate change adaptation governance for Victorian local governments.
WRC Coastal Hazards Adaptation Strategy – Phase 2

Climate Planning was engaged by Whitsunday Regional Council to implement their Coastal Hazards Adaptation Strategy. The team completed Phase 2 which involved scoping coastal hazard issues for the area of interest.
Climate Change Governance Assessment for Victorian Local Governments

Climate Planning assessed the climate change adaptation governance for all 79 Victorian local governments using the Informed.City tool.
Information Gap Analysis for Sunshine Coast Council

Climate Planning undertook a climate change governance assessment and coastal hazard information gap analysis.
SPP Coastal Hazard Guidelines

Climate Planning developed guidance material for the ‘natural hazards, risk and resilience – coastal hazards’ section of the Queensland State Planning Policy.
Marieville Esplanade Coastal Adaptation Project

Climate Planning prepared a scoping review of risk and adaptation options for Marieville Esplanade. This also included facilitating the climate change adaptation engagement process.
